The couple behind the restaurant
Behind the restaurant are husband and wife Nisreen Alhabbash and Aladdin Ibrahim, who together have over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Over the years they have run several well-loved venues in Norrtälje, including Blåa Rummet and Edsbro Krog. Through it all they have shared one vision, to create a place where guests feel welcome as part of the family.
Today they run Bistrot di Famiglia together with their children, with pride, warmth and a genuine interest in food and people.
Aladdin Ibrahim
A trained chef and baker with broad experience from several international kitchens. Over the years he has worked with Swedish, French, Middle Eastern and Italian cooking, giving the menu a unique blend of tradition, quality and creativity.
Nisreen Alhabbash
With a background in finance and business, Nisreen is responsible for the restaurant’s administration and accounts. With her dedication, structure and entrepreneurial spirit she is a key driving force behind the company’s development.

Bistrot di Famiglia is a true family affair. Each of the children brings their own role, energy and drive, and together they keep the atmosphere and the service alive night after night.
Ahmed
Ahmed co-founded Bistro Magasinet AB and has been an important part of the company’s development from the very start. Today he works as a sales manager at a leading company in Stockholm, but is still active behind the scenes. Determined, calm and considerate, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships.
Donja
Donja has been part of it from the start and today oversees the daily operations, the service and the company’s development. With experience from leading companies in Stockholm, she combines leadership and structure with a strong focus on the guest experience, and with her smile makes every guest feel welcome from the very first moment.
Hassan
Hassan has been involved since he was young and started helping out at just 15. Trained in industry and engineering, he constantly contributes energy, creativity and smart ideas. For him challenges are opportunities, drive and problem-solving are his greatest strengths.
